How to Respect yourself




 How much do you respect yourself? If not, take a moment and do something good for yourself.



      1. Take your time. Making time for yourself will make your mind refreshed. In fact, providing five minutes just to close your eyes and focus your mind can help you feel better. However, it would be better if you could provide more time to focus your mind on yourself and what needs to be done.

       2. Do something good for tubuh.Memang easily ignore the pain that is felt body and forget to take care of yourself. Try soaking in hot water mixed with salt or ask someone to hug. It could also try to stand and stretch.


       3. Make yourself comfortable. For example, by calling a friend or drinking hot tea, sleep with a pillow and a cozy blanket, a diary, eating something like, smell like vanilla aromatherapy oil, lavender, and others.

       4. Go to another world. The trick is to read books, watch movies, or let your mind flow to wherever he went.


5. Do something silly. It will bring out the soul of the child is in our personality and gives a feeling of happiness. For example : play foam soap, baking cookies, watching the clouds and they shape them, and playing with pets or otopet.

6. Day off. Especially when you're feeling bored with their daily work. Take the day off and do whatever you want to do a full day. This is better than a day on weekends.

7. The streets in the middle of nature. Sometimes we forget to pay attention to the world that unfolds around. Observing nature will make us feel better and calm. Walk in the park. Observe and look at the trees, the grass, the sky, and then breathe.

 8. Doing something that you always wanted to do.
