Healthy and Fit During Fasting



INTENTION FASTING
Strong motivation to fast physical cause we are ready to face anything caused by fast. It is known that levels of stomach acid the intention of fasting is lower than hungry people. This is because the intention (motivation) of fasting cause suppression of hunger center in the brain so that we are ready to starve until break the fast.

FIXED dawn meal
Eating Sahur important for us to obtain the energy reserves in performing daily activities. If not dawn one will easily be hypoglycemia where blood sugar levels down. This causes the body becomes lethargic, sluggish and sleepy, even irritable.

AVOID FOOD AND DRINK LOTS CONTAINING SUGAR dawn
Food and drinks that contain too much sugar will stimulate the body to produce insulin to immediately neutralize the blood sugar levels. Consequently hunger will quickly emerge and become quickly weak body became limp and lethargic fast. Increase foods high in protein because protein will be processed more slowly than the other foods.

Breaking the fast  SOON ON TIME
Immediately break the fast with sweet foods (korma) and the taste, sweet foods better and intestines are empty more quickly converted into energy. Eat and drink you do not excessive

EXERCISE IN WHEN FASTING
One cause of tired when fasting is a wrong habit busy to exercise after dawn. The time is right to work in the month of Ramadan is a few hours (1-2 hours) before the breaking of the fast and exercise is recommended not too heavy.

KEEPING HYGIENE TEETH AND MOUTH DURING FASTING
When fasting all activity stopped eating and drinking so that total production decreased salivary glands and mouth to mouth fast and sour smelling. Therefore it is recommended to brush your teeth immediately after eating a meal that leftovers do not rot in the oral cavity.
